Giacomo, the horse named after Sting’s son, who won the 131st Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs on Saturday was having a lip smacking good time with Jockey Mike Smith after coming out of nowhere and winning the coveted race.

On Saturday, May 7th, 2005, Giacomo worked his way up from the 18th position in the 20-horse field to beat (71-1) Closing Argument and Afleet Alex in the final yards of the 2 minute 2.75 second race.
